1/2 ozBianco vermouth
1/2 ozGentian liqueur
1/4 ozPink grapefruit juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
0.5Egg white
2 dashCreole bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
- Fine strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist and a creole bitters.
