3/4 ozGentian liqueur
1 sliceCucumber
3/4 ozLemon juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
0.5Egg white
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add cucumber to a shaker and muddle gently.
- Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a ground black pepper.
