Ingredients

1 1/4 ozGin
3/4 ozGentian liqueur
1 sliceCucumber
3/4 ozLemon juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
0.5Egg white

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add cucumber to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  5. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
  6. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  7. Garnish with a ground black pepper.
