Ingredients

1 1/2 ozVodka
1/4 ozGinger liqueur
1 1/2 ozCarrot juice
3/4 ozTriple sec
5 dashCoriander bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a cilantro sprig.
