

Ingredients
1 1/2 ozWhite rum
3/4 ozElderflower liqueur
3/4 ozLime juice
3/4 ozHibiscus syrup
0.5Egg white
1 1/2 ozSparkling wine
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with an edible flower.
