Ingredients

1 1/2 ozWhite rum
1/2 ozFino sherry
1/2 ozLemon juice
1 ozHoney water (1:1)
0.5Egg white

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
  5. Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a salt rim and a rose petal.
