1/4 ozYellow Chartreuse
3 pieceMint leaves
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozAgave syrup
0.5Egg white
1 dashGrapefruit bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
- Fine strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist and a mint leaf.
