1 barspoonFino sherry
1 barspoonDry vermouth
1/4 ozGrand Marnier
1/4 ozTriple sec
3/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozAperol
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1 barspoonFalernum liqueur
1 dashGrapefruit bitters
1 dashOrange bitters
Instructions
- Chill a martini glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a sparkling wine foam.
