Ingredients

1 1/2 ozBourbon whiskey
2 ozBritish bitter ale
3/4 ozSwedish Punsch
3/4 ozPink grapefruit juice

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the british bitter ale to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with british bitter ale and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
