Ingredients

2 ozRye whiskey
1/2 ozLime juice
3/4 ozGinger syrup
to topClub soda

Instructions

  1. Chill a Collins glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the club soda to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over the ice in the prepared glass.
  5. Top with soda.
  6. Garnish with a candied fresh ginger.
