Ingredients

2 ozScotch whisky
1 1/2 ozChilled water
1/2 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel twist and berries.
