2 ozBourbon whiskey
1 1/2 ozBritish bitter ale
1 ozLemon juice
3/4 ozMaple syrup
2 dashAngostura bitters
Instructions
- Chill a collins glass.
- Add all ingredients except the british bitter ale to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Top with british bitter ale and stir gently.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
