Ingredients

2 ozBourbon whiskey
1/2 ozLemon juice
1/2 ozHoney
to topLemon-lime soda

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add honey, lemon juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
  3. Add Bourbon whiskey and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with lemon-lime soda and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a lemon slice.
