Ingredients

1/2 ozBrandy
1/2 ozGrand Marnier
1/2 ozMaraschino liqueur
1 scoopVanilla ice cream
to topSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with sparkling wine and stir gently.
