

Ingredients
1 1/4 ozCacao spiced rum
1 barspoonAbsinthe
1 1/2 ozPink grapefruit juice
1/4 ozLime juice
1 barspoonAgave syrup
2 dashAngostura bitters
1 1/2 ozTonic water
Instructions
- Chill a collins glass.
- Add all ingredients except absinthe and bitters to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Float absinthe and bitters on top.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
