Ingredients

1 ozWhite rum
3/4 ozCoffee liqueur
1 1/2 ozPineapple juice
1 ozLemon juice
1 1/2 ozGold rum
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Fill a tiki mug with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, coffee beans and a mint sprig.
