1 ozWhite rum
3/4 ozCoffee liqueur
1 1/2 ozPineapple juice
1 ozLemon juice
1 1/2 ozGold rum
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
Instructions
- Fill a tiki mug with ice.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge, coffee beans and a mint sprig.
