1 1/2 ozCacao spiced rum
1 1/2 ozDunkel/black lager
1/4 ozCoffee liqueur
1/4 ozLime juice
2 dashAngostura bitters
1 1/2 ozGinger beer
Instructions
- Chill a highball glass.
- Add all ingredients except the Dunkel/black lager and ginger beer to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Top with Dunkel/black lager and ginger beer and stir gently.
- Garnish with an orange peel twist.
