1 1/4 ozCacao spiced rum
3/4 ozAperol
1/2 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
3/4 ozPassion fruit puree
2 dashAngostura bitters
Instructions
- Fill a tiki mug with ice.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a bamboo leaf.
