Ingredients

1 1/4 ozCacao spiced rum
3/4 ozPimm's #1
3 sliceCucumber
3/4 ozLime juice
2 dashHot sauce
3 ozGinger ale

Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients except the ginger ale to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with ginger ale and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge.
