2 1/2 ozBrandy
3/4 ozGalliano liqueur
1 ozPineapple juice
1/2 ozPink grapefruit juice
1 cubeBrown sugar
3 dashCreole bitters
2 dashPimento bitters
1 dashOrange bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add brown sugar to a shaker and muddle gently.
- Add brown sugar, pineapple juice, pink grapefruit juice to the shaker and stir to dissolve.
- Add brandy, Galliano liqueur, egg yolk, creole bitters, pimento bitters, orange bitters and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist and a star anise.
