Ingredients

1/4 ozLemon juice
1 barspoonLime juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
1/4 ozGrenadine
0.5Egg white
1 barspoonCream
1 ozAngostura bitters
4 ozClub soda

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients except the club soda to a shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Strain into the prepared glass.
  6. Top with club soda and stir gently.
  7. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
