  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add simple syrup, lemon juice to a shaker and stir to combine.
  3. Add scotch whisky, triple sec, egg white, and dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Strain into the prepared glass and top with club soda.
  6. Garnish with a lemon slice.
