Ingredients

2 ozScotch whiskey (peated)
1 1/2 ozElderflower liqueur
1 ozLemon juice
0.5Egg white

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  4. Strain into an old-fashioned glass over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
