1 ozOude genever
1 pieceStrawberries
3/4 ozLemon juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
1 barspoonHoney syrup
1/2 barspoonGinger syrup
1/2 barspoonCinnamon syrup
1 dashCreole bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add strawberries to a shaker and muddle gently.
- Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg.
