  1. Chill a copita glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the club soda and dark rum to a shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Top with club soda.
  7. Float dark rum on top.
  8. Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
