

Ingredients
1 1/2 ozGold rum
1/2 ozLime juice
1/2 ozLemon juice
3/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
0.5Egg white
3 ozClub soda
1/2 ozDark rum
Instructions
- Chill a copita glass.
- Add all ingredients except the club soda and dark rum to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Top with club soda.
- Float dark rum on top.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
