Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGold rum
3 ozPineapple juice
3/4 ozOrange juice
1/2 ozCoconut cream
4 dashDaiquiri bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a tiki mug.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into an ice-filled tiki mug.
  5. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a pineapple wedge.
