Ingredients

1 ozGold rum
1/2 ozOloroso sherry
3/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozOrgeat syrup
3/4 ozCoconut cream

Instructions

  1. Chill a sling glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a creole bitters and a maraschino cherry.
