1 1/2 ozBourbon whiskey
1 barspoonApricot liqueur
3/4 ozLemon juice
3/4 ozOrange juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
0.5Egg white
3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel twist and a maraschino cherry.
