Instructions

1. Chill a martini glass.
2. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
3. Add grenadine, honey, lemon juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
4. Add Bourbon whiskey, passion fruit, egg white and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
6. Garnish with a passion fruit.
