Ingredients

2 ozPisco
1 ozLemon juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
0.5Egg white

Instructions

  1. Chill a nick & Nora glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake with ice until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain into a prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with amargo bitters.
