3/4 ozLimoncello liqueur
3 pieceBasil leaves
3/4 ozAperol
1/4 ozLemon juice
1 barspoonHoney syrup
0.5Egg white
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add basil leaves to a shaker and muddle gently.
- Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel twist and a basil leaf.
