1/2 ozAromatized wine
1/2 barspoonAbsinthe
1/2 ozPink grapefruit juice
1/2 ozLemon juice
2 barspoonsOrange marmalade
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass and rinse with absinthe, discarding any excess.
- Add all remaining ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist.
