3/4 ozBrandy
1 1/2 ozAmaretto
1/4 ozCream
  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except cream to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Float cream on top.
  6. Garnish with either cocoa powder or grated nutmeg.
