Ingredients

2 ozBrandy
1 ozPedro Ximénez sherry
3/4 ozAmaretto
1/2 ozStrawberry liqueur
10 pieceRaspberries
2 pieceStrawberries
1 1/2 ozCream

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add raspberries, strawberries to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients exccept cream to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Float cream on top.
  7. Garnish with chocolate flakes.
