Ingredients

2 ozBourbon whiskey
1/2 ozShiraz
1 ozLemon juice
3/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
2 dropEgg white

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except shiraz to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Float shiraz on top.
  6. Garnish with lemon zest, orange zest, and a cherry.
