Ingredients

1 1/2 ozBourbon whiskey
3/4 ozLemon juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
2 dropEgg white

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  2. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
  4. Strain into an old-fashioned glass with ice.
  5. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
