Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGold rum
2 ozChilled water
1/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozHoney
2 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add honey, lime juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
  3. Add remaining ingredients then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge.
