Ingredients

1 ozWhite rum
2 ozGold rum
1/4 ozPimento dram
1/4 barspoonXanthan gum
3/4 ozPink grapefruit juice
3/4 ozLime juice
1/4 ozBrown simple syrup
1/4 ozHoney syrup

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender with ice.
  3. Blend until smooth and pour into the prepared glass.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.
