1 1/2 ozTawny port
1/2 ozOrange juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
2 dashOrange bitters
Instructions
- Chill an old-fashioned glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel twist and a rosemary sprig.
