2 ozWhite rum
1 sliceFresh ginger
3/4 ozLime juice
2 barspoonsHoney syrup
0.5Egg white
2 dashOrange bitters
1 sliceRed chili pepper
Instructions
- Chill a martini glass.
- Add red chili pepper to a shaker and muddle gently.
- Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel twist.
