3/4 ozYellow Chartreuse
3/4 ozYuzu juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
3/4 ozCream
0.5Egg white
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg and a yuzu peel twist.
