Ingredients

1 1/4 ozBourbon whiskey
1/2 ozGinger wine
1/2 ozButterscotch liqueur
1 1/4 ozApple juice
6 dashGinger bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a candied fresh ginger.
