3/4 ozPear and cognac liqueur
1 ozApple juice
1/4 ozLime juice
1 barspoonVanilla syrup
3 dropSaline solution 4:1
3 dashVanilla bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Fine strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a pear wedge.
