1/2 ozGinger liqueur
2 dashAbsinthe
3/4 ozApple juice
1/2 ozLemon juice
0.5Egg white
2 dashAngostura bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10-15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with an Angostura bitters.
