Ingredients

1 1/2 ozStrega liqueur
3/4 ozAmericano bianco
1 ozLemon juice
0.5Egg white
3 dashAngostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a lemon peel twist and an absinthe mist.
