1/4 ozDark Crème de cacao
1/4 ozWhite crème de cacao
1/4 ozCrème de menthe
3/4 ozCream
0.5Egg white
1 dashChocolate bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to start emulsifying (about 10-15 seconds).
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with cocoa powder and a mint leaf.
