Ingredients

3/4 ozCherry brandy
1/2 ozCream
1 1/2 ozChocolate liqueur

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add the brandy and chocolate liqueur to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Float a layer of cream.
  6. Garnish with a grated chocolate.
