Ingredients

1 1/2 ozBourbon whiskey
1/2 ozApricot liqueur
1 ozApple juice
1/2 ozLemon juice
2 barspoonsApricot jam

Instructions

  1. Chill an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Stir apricot jam (preserve) with bourbon until it dissolves.
  3. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Fine strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass.
  6. Express the oils from a lemon twist over the drink.
  7. Garnish with a lemon twist.
