Ingredients

1 1/2 ozIrish whiskey
1 1/4 ozSauvignon blanc
1 1/2 ozApple juice
1/4 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozPassion fruit syrup
2 barspoonsHoney

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add passion fruit syrup, honey, apple juice, lemon juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
  3. Add Irish bourbon whiskey, sauvignon blanc and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with physalis.
