1 1/2 ozIrish whiskey
1 1/4 ozSauvignon blanc
1 1/2 ozApple juice
1/4 ozLemon juice
1/4 ozPassion fruit syrup
2 barspoonsHoney
Instructions
- Chill a martini glass.
- Add passion fruit syrup, honey, apple juice, lemon juice to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
- Add Irish bourbon whiskey, sauvignon blanc and ice, then shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with physalis.
