1/2 barspoonAbsinthe
1 dashAngostura bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass and rinse with absinthe, discarding any excess.
- Add all remaining ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
