3/4 ozGold rum
3/4 ozBrandy
1/4 ozScotch whisky
1 barspoonScotch whiskey (peated)
1 barspoonPedro Ximénez sherry
1 barspoonChina-China liqueur
1 dashAngostura bitters
Instructions
- Chill a nick & nora glass.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel twist.
